So recently I've been playing Fornite, its allot of fun after playing Player Unknowns Battle Grounds for quite some time, the building and access to play on mobile devices makes the whole thing allot more addictive, which is not necessarily a good thing! But it is a whole lot of fun and runs very smoothly compared to PUBG which has always seemed its one pixel away from completely melting my computer down back to a silicon state.
Hopefully in the future the quality of mobile games will get better and better on these platforms, even some of the original games makers are getting involved such as Peter Molyneux who released The Trail on mobile in 2016 and is now working on another new Intellectual Property as mentioned over at the IGN Filtered podcast with Ryan McCaffrey.
Over the last few years I have stuck to playing only AAA and popular game titles due to time restraints. So one of these was the Witcher 3 which I'm afraid to say I have still not yet completed, I really enjoyed it however, I found it more in-depth than The Last of Us which was more of a shooter/constant action game with a pretty solid storyline, but I've found the Witcher 3 story line to really take the lead here.
So because of my experiences of CD Project Reds Witcher 3 epic and being a massive Deus Ex fan I could not help myself being addicted to now following their next Project Cyberpunk 2077. All I can say is WOW.
Hanging out on the subreddit /r/cyberpunkgame/ I've been keeping an eye on what the CDPR team have been slowly talking about in presentations about the game and also looking forward to the E3 show in June this year, so fingers crossed for some game-play footage, although from what I can tell we wont be seeing much of a finished game for a while, but hopefully not as long a wait as the game title suggest, 2077!
